In this visualization of the mash-up dataset a bar chart is showing the net migration for each country of the European Union, both for the year 2000, 2010 and 2018.
The relevance of the net migration indicator among all the others is to be found in the fact that migration and human trafficking are two phenomena closely linked to each other, and they intersect in what is called "forced migration". Understanding the data concerning the trafficking of human beings in the light of the migratory flows of countries is fundamental to have a better understanding of this crime.
